Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can request deletion of data related to your Facebook Page that is processed by TalkWise AI, as required by the Facebook Platform and Messenger Platform policies.

1. Remove TalkWise AI from Facebook

You can remove TalkWise AI's access to your Facebook Page at any time from your Facebook account:

  1. Open Facebook and go to your account or Business integrations settings.
  2. Find the app named TalkWise AI (or your configured app name).
  3. Click Remove to revoke access.

Once removed, TalkWise AI will no longer receive any new data from your Facebook Page.

2. Disconnect your Page inside TalkWise AI

If you connected your Facebook Page to TalkWise AI, you can also disconnect it from within the dashboard:

  1. Log in to your TalkWise AI dashboard with the same account that manages your Facebook Page.
  2. Navigate to Integrations > Facebook Pages.
  3. Click the Disconnect button next to the Page you want to remove.

When you disconnect a Page, TalkWise AI will:

  • Unsubscribe our app from your Facebook Page webhooks.
  • Delete the stored Page connection record (Page ID, tokens, config).
  • Stop processing any new comments or events from that Page.
  • Optionally (if your workspace is configured to do so), remove auto-reply conversation logs related specifically to that Page.

3. Request full account & logs deletion

If you would like to request complete deletion of all data associated with your TalkWise AI account (including logs and analytics related to Facebook Pages), please contact our support team at info@qayskadhimdda.com and include:

  • Your Facebook Page name.
  • Your Facebook Page ID (if available).
  • Your registered email address in TalkWise AI.

We will process your deletion request as soon as reasonably possible, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations that may require us to retain certain records for a limited period.
